يُعدُ ابنُ حزمٍ الأندلسي أحدُ قاماتِ رجالِ الفكرِ الإسلامي، الذي جمعَ أكثرَ من علمٍ وتبَحَّرَ في مختلفِ الفنونِ والمعارفِ، فكانَ لهُ باعٌ طويلٌ وشُهرةٌ عظيمةٌ في بلادِ الأندلسِ حتى قيلَ عنهُ (صاحبُ الفنونِ)، ومن أبرزِ ما اشتُهِرَ وتميَّزَ بهِ ابنُ حزمٍ هو نقدُ النَّصِّ الديني، الذي نتجَ عنهُ دراسةُ نصوصِ الأديانِ دراسةً نقديَّةً، فأسَّسَ وأقعَدَ لهذا النَّقدِ قواعدَ منهجيَّةً طبَّقَهَا على نصوصِ الكتبِ المقدَّسةِ للأديانِ من اليهوديَّةِ والنَّصرانيَّةِ، فانتقدَ بدراستِهِ رواياتِ مصادِرِهم المقدَّسةِ، ورواةَ تلكَ الكتبِ، نقدًا داخليًا وخارجيًا، فأظهرَ ما في مصادرِ الأديانِ التي يُعطونَها صفةَ التقديسِ، التحريفَ والتناقضَ مع تعاليمِ الأنبياءِ (ﭺ)، وكشفَ عن عقائِدِهِم وأفكارِهِم من خلالِ مصادِرِهِم ونصوصهِم، فلذا نجدُ أنَّ المصادرَ المعتمدَ لدى ابنِ حزمٍ في نقدِ ودراسةِ الأديانِ متنوعةٌ وكثيرةٌ.

Abstract:
Ibn Hazm Al-Andalusi is considered one of the most prominent figures in Islamic thought, who combined many sciences and delved into various arts and knowledge. He had a long history and great fame in Andalusia, so much so that he was called the master of the arts. One of the most prominent things that Ibn Hazm was famous for and distinguished himself for was his criticism of religious texts, which resulted in a critical study of religious texts. He established and laid the foundations for this criticism, methodological rules that he applied to the texts of the holy books of Judaism and Christianity. Through his study, he criticized the narrations of their sacred sources and the narrators of those books, both internally and externally. He showed that what is in the religious sources that they give the quality of sanctification is distortion and contradiction with the teachings of the prophets, peace be upon them. He revealed their beliefs and ideas through their sources and texts. Therefore, we find that the sources relied upon by Ibn Hazm in criticizing and studying religions are diverse and numerous.
